Why not take a road trip through Europe?, or at least parts of it. There is tons you can do with a car and you won't get bored. Stop off in places that you've never been, Holland, Belgium.
I've never been to Scandinavia but November is a snowy month for them, The Christmas rates won't be up yet so you'll get to get a wintry feel without really high prices!
It really depends on what you want to do with your holiday, adventure holidays? City holidays? Road trip holidays?

I do like the idea of Scandinavia, might look into that abit more.
And a Euro road trip could work, although i dont want to spend too long driving if i can help (I know i would be down route 66 but this is plan b)
I'd like a holiday that involves abit of everything really, some relaxing, some adventure, some historic sights, some new age sights, the lot really.
Ideally not to expensive but roughly 5 days of high enjoyment and difference.

If you come on nowember you cant have beach and sun stuff.
So if I were I would choose among, Prag, Budapest, Athens, Istanbul, St Petersburg and Wien surely.
