Italy Tourist/Transit Visa - Return Trip

Hi Everyone,

If you get a multiple entry visa and the last time you leave Italy is within 90 days from July 30th, visiting Italy on your way back home should be no problem.

If you don't get a multiple entry short-stay visa, you would definitely need a transit visa (A-type) to travel back via Milan. Make inquiries with the Italian consulate in Colombo about the best option in your case.

(Colombo) is the Italian government's outsourced partner for visa services.

Else, contact the in Colombo (details towards bottom of page).
