unfortunately, there are no dream jobs out there. If there was then everyone would be doing them. The only altrenative that I can think of is seasonal jobs in places like the south of france at campsites. No-one will employ someone for a month to work in a clothes shop. Sorry, but the real world is a bit different. You can of course go and prove me wrong, but I think the only time I ever found a job like that was while visiting Amsterdam and all the coffee shops want english speaking staff..only problem is you will get paid next to nothing, which is impossible to live on in Amsterdam. Sorry if I am a bit negative. Please prove me wrong though
Haha don't worry mate, i've been dealing with more negative people than this. I totally understand your point of view, but i'm not searching for a dream job i was just curious about if anyone had heard if it was possible to instead of working for food & accomodation at farms etc, if that was possible in more urban areas. And the financial aspect would even be better for let's say the boutique or restaurant owner as even if he or she needs to pay extra for accomodation and food for the volunteer the cost will not be as high as to pay salary. And world travellers like me, i don't really care about the money, i just need food and accomodation as i have some money myself. To me, it would also be an interesting way to explore the world even more.
Having said all that, I forgot to mention that I work in a small language institute in S Korea. Thing is though, you have to sign contracts that last a year each time. You can't really travel the world in a short time doing this job, but you can certainly explore your new country and go to other countries twice a year. You can also of course work your way around the world if you stick with it for long enough, and the money is pretty good in certain countries.

Well, you see it works for some jobs and those jobs would be a great start, even if it's for a longer time :-). By the way, how did you get in contact with the administrators to get your current job? Would certainly be interesting to know. Thank you for your great feedback so far.
Just google ESL Jobs, there are loads of companies who can find you work. To work in a country where the pay is best (Korea, Japan, Taiwan) you need a degree. If you have a degree then there are jobs over here. You don't need experience as you should be given the training here. If you don't have a degree then there is work in other countries all over the world but the pay is not so good. But it does mean that you won't be stuck to such a tight contract as you would be in the higher paying countries. I have a friend who doesn't have a degree but he did a 4 week TEFL course in the UK and now he is working in Argentina.
