How much is the average accommodation for single room (backpacker acc) in Australia? ¿Meals?

Hi I have not been to Aus yet, i will be soon. I have found 2 person bedrooms (double or twins) with bathrooms to be about $95 to 130 per night at backpacker hostels.
Most people including me use bunk beds in rooms of 4,8,12's at a time with shared bathroom, these are 18-30 per night PP
