Turkey in October/November - Anyone going?

I will be in Turkey in October/November for a couple of weeks for a friends wedding.

I will be in Turkey in October/November for a couple of weeks for a friends wedding.

Will be starting in Istanbul & going to Bodrum - Anyone know what the weather will be like?
Will it be suitable for swimming that time of year? Or will it be cold?

Any tips on good hostels to stay in Istanbul? (close to nightlife would be ideal)

Any suggestions on things to do in Bodrum?

Thanks!

unles you go to Mediterranean region you cant swim in november. ( maybe in bodrum) . the temprature will be aorund 15-20 celcius. the weather will be mostly cloudy maybe a few rains.

in istanbul try the hostels around Taksim square and Sultanahmet. Taksim is closer to night life Sultanahmet is closer to touristic sights. in Bodrum see the castle and sea archeology museum eat agean fishes and go to bars in main street.

Hello,

I remembered that I swim in October even first week of November if the outside temp around 20's. The water is little chilly but it is not that bad. Depends on weather conditions, you have chance to swim.

Please check Taksim, Nisantasi, Besiktas area for to stay. Night life is especially around Taksim area...

Wish a great vacation in Turkiye!
