I would thoroughly recommend .
I've also heard very good things from reliable sources about the vegetarian tasting menu at , though it's not technically a vegetarian restaurant.
At the other end of the scale, Indian Veg in Chapel Market is dirt cheap and tasty.
If you fancy a day trip to Brighton I could recommend a couple of crackers.
...and some good vegetarian restaurants. Boom boom!
