Hi I plan on visiting Kuala Lumpur on Nov 20 and am looking for accommodation with the fastest internet connections speeds. Am planning to stay for a month and will then head north to Thailand.
Most internet cafes in KL are open 24/7
From the research I have conducted so far Malaysia in general ranks lower than the Philipinnes and Thailand and it seems Singapore has much greater speeds.
Well, I don't agree on this one. In general, the speed is way faster in KL compared to the Philippines and Thailand. You can compare it to western standards.

I have spoken to web developers who have lived there and now live there and it is a bit rich to say that Malaysia has western standard internet. I am going there on Tuesday and need advice on this issue.
I was not saying that Malaysia has western standard internet, I was only talking about KL.
I think you can imagine that there will be a huge difference in speed between KL and Bintulu ...
