I have never been but I know a few people who have and they were not too complementary about it! I would say there are many better places to stay in southern Italy.
Palermo is a great city to visit! It is not dangerous at all and has some of the best food in the world! Paople come from all over to see the amazing history. -snip-
Hi, June is beautiful for Palermo, the city isn't dangerous, you can stay a few day in Palermo for visit many expecially church, theatre, museum, you can enjoy the local kitchen and visit the night places and than you might go to Cefalù or Castellammare del Golfo for the sea. Cefalù or Castellammare are two little sunshine near Palermo. If you want more informatio you can write me.
