can anyone advice me about the cheapest and easiest way to go to Granada, Spain from Evora, Portugal?
Cheapest and easiest are usually mutually exclusive.
Easiest - make your way to Lisbon and take a flight with Vueling or other carrier.
Cheapest - probably buses with a change at Madrid if you want to go directly from Evora or make your way to Lisbon and bus with www.alsa.es
A train journey will be not less than 19 hours with three changes from Evora.
Bus to Faro, bus to Seville, bus to Granada (or train for the last leg).
