We checked into the Hilton garden inn for two days they ran hold we had some ice cream and breakfast and after the first day they processed us out charged the incidental and then asked to run the card for another 50. Shouldn't they have waited into the day that we checked out to tabular our charges and then ran our card.. on the second day at 11 when my spouse asked to access the business center,they then ased for a new card. Essentially tellin us that even though we were paid and us been tete ql day if we wanted to access facilities or even leave our room and lock he door they Jeweded a new fard since they had alreqdy processed us out a day early... does this make sense?
Not really, but I'm not really sure what you're explaining here either...
Are you saying they took all the money from your card on day one, then for extras they wanted another card so as not to be accused of double billing on your hotel bill?
If so, then it is normal to wait till check out before you pay your bill in total. I cannot understand why they have done this unless they are in financial trouble, or think you may be?
