hey everyone im leigh female 24 from west yorkshire. Ive quit my job and Im looking to go to australia A.S.AP!!! Its something ive wanted to do for ages but keep putting it off but i decided now is the time to go before i get too old ha. My friends are all either in relationships or have high flying careers so have no choice but to go it alone, unless i can meet someone to travel with, even just for the flight. Thinking of flying Manchester- sydney depending on flight prices. Ive got 7 thousand in savings but thats to include flights, travel insurance, all little extras etc... I am looking to get a tourist visa for 3 months as i think i would have enough money to not work just travel, if i spend wisley. (may be wrong as heard its VERY expensive!!!) oh and just to add im looking into ozintro but it seems a little on the steep side price wise!?!

interesting story behind your travelling reasons i would suggest deffiantly coming to australia (been out here for nearly 5 months). I personally prefer Melbourne to Sydney (as stayed in Sydney for 4 days and thought it was like london) whereas melbourne is more creative, grafatti and cool bars such as old shipping containers in to a bar or old mental hospital etc etc.
I came out here with less then 7000pounds but more money the better out here because everything is stupidly expensive! for a comparison a bottle of coke would be $4.20 out here, whereas at home it would cost $2max!
I would also suggest that you dont bother with the ozintro as not heard any good things about it. however i didnt do ozintro but something similar and it is a waste of money.

I'm 23 female from Essex...I recently broke up with my BF, so quit my job and decided to go travelling
I am doing NZ first arriving 31st August.
I then go onto Sydney arriving 9th September and have a 3 months visting visa
(Come home 2nd December)
I have booked the Oz Exeprience Sydney - Cairns starting in 10th September.
Im travelling alone so would be cool once you have your dates to see if we could meet along the way
