They wildebeest migrate north from the Serengeti to Masai Mara in May/June. They migrate south back to the Serengeti in January/February.
If you're taking about the animals migrating into Kenya it is already well under way. Because of the heavy rains on the Serengeti earlier in the year the grass has grown tall and lush splitting the large herds and even holding some of them longer than usual.
So in answer, if you go now to the Mara and Talek rivers you will witness a regular movement of animals and this will/should continue until August.
