I'm also flying to Bangkok around that time , and want to do the same places even Bali but would like to spend around 6 months in Thailand/Laos/Cambodia
Sounds good. I have booked a flight from Bali to Perth for Sep 21st. Its one of those flexi flights so it could be changed. I was thinking of an intro tour to get me started. By all accounts you seem like an expert of the area! My first time to SE Asia. Have you made a detailed plan? I have only really booked my full mooon accomadadtion!
Only plan I have is Thailand ,Bali,Oz,New Zealand ,then all going well finish off in South America . Yes I know Thailand quite well been a few times before , been to a few full moon party's and spent quite a lot of time on koh phangnan it's a great place with some mental party's , where abouts are you staying for full moon ? Hi Danny. I am Brenda originally from NI but now live and work in Liverpool. I am staying in the beach village backpackers hostel for the FM party. I cant wait for it! Have you booked your actual flight to Thailand yet? Your plans sound good. You must have saved hard?
I want to stay in Australia for a bit with the working holiday visa. Have you booked travel insurance or looked into visa for other countries in SE Asia?
I haven't booked anything yet , going to speak to trail finders in the week about around the world tickets , I got made redundant last week and got 5k out of them and also have a bit saved so its all happening a bit quick , I'm booked up for a stag do in mid July so can fly anytime after that , had a quick look into 6 month visa for Thailand and it doesn't look to complicated , you just have to leave country after 90 days then go back which means you will have to either go to maylasia , Cambodia , or Burma depending where abouts in Thailand you are at the time , you just have to get yr passport stamped then go back to Thailand for another 90 days , visa runs usually cost about 2000bht which is about 40 pound , was gonna go to Gold Coast in oz to see my sister , I've ad a working visa there before so not sure if I'm allowed another 1
Hi guys, don't mean to barge in on your thread but I just made a post pretty Similar to this... You two sound like you've got much more of an idea how things happen than me!
I'm looking at doing a bit starting with the FullMoon party in August then move on to OZ/NZ and maybe US although always open to suggestions and up for going with the flow
