Were planning to travel the The Schengen countries. What is the best option or best transport to travel each of these countries. I Am really tight for the budget.
Without knowing which of 26 countries you wish to go to and your itinerary this is impossible to answer.
There is no 'best'. All transport has a place - flight, bus, train and your legs. You can find value with a planned itinerary and booking flights and train journeys well in advance (and occasionally bus companies) but bus, if you are very time wealthy, will likely be cheapest.
'I Am really tight for the budget.' - then get a plan, post it even if it is half cooked and let it be shot at or advised on. The worst thing to do is try and 'wing it' with poor funding.
Yeah, unless you buy an InterRail pass, you absolutely need to book all the travel in advance, otherwise it'll be horrendously expensive.
The other alternative is the bus - Eurolines or similar. That's cheap even if you book on the day, but also uncomfortable and exhausting.
As WomBatt and Bassington said, there is not a simple answer for this without knowing a bit more detail on your plans.
If you are traveling in the summer, flight prices can be very high, so a interrail or bus pass can be the best option. Almost all countries have a good railway infrastructure and good roads. Eastern Europe has cheaper transports, so if you are on a tight budget, go there.
If traveling off season and with a flexible plan, try checking plane tickets at major low cost airlines (easyjet, ryanair, wizzair).
I would advice to save more money and then travel. I've seen (and even travelled very briefly with them as I got onto my nerves) those persons tight on a budget and they seem more occupied with NOT spending money than really enjoying the travelling. Or at least they would enjoy it more if they had just have some more money. I am not talking luxurious but just not thinking about literally 1 dollar.
If this advice does not convince you: really stick to Eastern and Southeastern Europe: Serbia, Bosnia, Macedonia, Albania, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria and possibly some parts of Slovakia and Poland. It's great travelling there anyway, and Wizzair has some good flights between the countries if trains are not an option.
