I'm sorry, I dont really know anything about the rules for visas from Pakistan --> Italy. I would recommend going to the Italian consulate or calling to ask what's needed to go, if that is possible.
I would imagine that your employment information would be enough for that type of tourist visa, unless you were planning to stay for a long time. Sorry I can't help more!
