These days I'm staying in south-west Nepal, in a school run by a very lovely couple.
The studies in the school are being held in English, so all the students (and teachers) know English to some extent.
My work here is to go into classes when a teacher is absent, and basically I can do whatever I want with the students. Talk about different topics, gossip with them, talking about myself, about them, playing games. Sometimes it's not so easy, cause basically everything is up to you, no previous material to work with, you're free to do as you like (within the boundaries of reason).
You'll be staying in a hostel where about 70 kids who come from far away stay, together with the couple who runs the place (their own suns are not around usually, but other family members, neighbours, etc. are coming and going through the day. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly). Food is supplied in abundance, mostly dal bhat variants, so you will not have a chance to be really hungry
I will probably be staying here until the beginning of December, after that the place is free.
