hi guys
What country?
thailand
You must start using your visa within a few months of getting it (so no need to leave it so late, in case there are any problems), and when you set foot in Thailand, the timer starts then for your total stay in Thailand.
You must have at least six months validity on your passport the day you finally leave Thailand.
Note. Always carry your passport with you in Thailand as it is an offence not to (a photocopy is no good), and be careful of pick pockets, especially in Bangkok.
thanks for the heads up cyberia, much appreciated
Thailand gives you 3 months before you have to activate a single entry visa, 6 months before you have to activate your multiple entry visa. The dates will be stamped on your visa. Once you enter Tland, the clock starts on your 60 day visa. A few days before that expiration date, apply for your 30 day extension. After that is up, you must leave Tland. Then you can come back in on your multiple entry visa. Good luck with your planning.
