I would normally expect it to be about hot there but it's been pretty miserable all around Europe this year. You might try the Canary Islands. Maspalomas and Playa de las Ingles, south of Grand Canaria should be nice. Try:

You can book the flight and hotel or just accommodation there (Hotel Only option) if you can get a cheap flight. There are transfer companies or even public transport.
For weather, type in a place name with the words "weather forecast", though of course weather can always change.
