I fear it might be too late for you.
I claimed back my tax and superannuation in one go through a taxback company (there are loads in sydney).
However they wanted to see evidence of all my earnings and my visa (although this wasn't difficult as I worked for only one agency during my whole stay).
There might be options online to do it but I would imagine they would need to see these before they would pay up.
