i am planing on traveling to south vietnam and cambodia in september i know its slap in the middle of wet season and therefor have only brought my flight to bangkok, i can then play it by ear to an extent and change my route according to the worst/best weather, if it looks like it will be a total washout where are dryer backpacker options for this time of year?

I think you just need to soldier on despite Sept. being
rainy season in all the countries you plan on visiting.
You could get lucky and have little rain or just rain in
the evenings. It should not be so bad as to change
your plans.

thanks dude its just im so used to having plenty of time so that a little rain does not matter two weeks is not long and in could stay in the uk for rain
