Hey all

I've been trying to make up my itinerary for travelling through Africa, and a little help wouldn't go amiss!

I was planning on flying from UK to Kenya, and then travelling overland to Tanzania, Zambia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa. Then I was planning on getting a flight to Madagascar. I'm planning on spending about 3-4 months in Africa.

So I'm looking for advice really, on the best ways to travel to/from the places I've mentioned, and on travelling costs. And also if you think I'm missing anything out? I'm going on holiday to Egypt before I go out for 3/4 months, so I won't really be missing that out.

What would you say are "must do's" for while I'm in Africa, too?

Any advice would be helpful Thanks.

Hi Angel,
As you wish to land in Kenya you can start your safari there,my suggestions there are Nairobi City, Masai Mara, Nakuru National Park and Mount Kenya. Then you connect to Tanzania and you got plenty of options there too:Tarangire National Park, the famous Ngorongoro Crater,Serengeti National Park,Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro-the highest mountain in Africa,a visit to the Spicy Islands of Zanzibar. After that you can head down to Zimbabwe/Zambia for Victoria Falls-Victoria Falls is also one Africa's most impressive natural landmarks and certainly the most famous.
How is that?. For more, do not hesitate to come back to me.

Since you flying to Kenya you have to start with Kenya, then Tanzania,
