Has anyone used indigo car hire in the Uk? If so can I get some feedback as to how they found the service please?
It's a worldwide company and as such, different offices, even different staff can treat you differently.
As a worldwide company I would expect good service.
I don't know if it is any help to you as I have not used Indigo, but I did use enterprise and service was absolutely fantastic. Staff were friendly, the car was great and we had absolutely no problems at all.
