Hello, I am looking for commentary on the following planned itinerary.
that 's a big plan for just 2 months.
If you fly from city to city sounds it practicable. But it's expensive.
I prefer to travel by bus ( but First Class Service - bed bus with meals). It s cheaper ( I paid e.g. 2008 from Buenos Aires to Posadas ( 1100 km /over night ) 38 Euros). and you 'll prohably get to know more local people.
It would be a consideration for the journey from Buenos Aires to Patagonia ( Peninsula Valdes/ Bariloche are nice places)
I recommand to book a guided tour at the local tourist offices. They know the best places and, if you re speaking spanish, you'll pay not to much for it, depending on your demand.
It's definitely a lot to do and you will not be bored!
I agree with Osito80, you should look into the local tourist offices, I know in Peru and Buenos Aires there are definitely an abundance of them!
One of my good friends actually studied spanish at Amauta while they were travelling and had nothing but good things to say about them. He said the classes, though intense, were definitely thorough and useful! They are only in spanish, though I suppose if you are doing this for work, that is exactly what you are looking for. Compared to the other classes he has taken, he said they were by far the smallest and they catered to each persons needs.
I definitely suggest that you go to Mendoza too if you are planing a short excursion! It is an amazing place, and there is good wine there
Don't forget while you are in Buenos Aires to go to at least one Parrilla, where you can find some of the most AMAZING meat that you have ever eaten before!
Other than that my only other advice is just have fun traveling! I am very jealous of your trip!
For trout adventures in October you can have a look at Junin de Los Andes in Argentina. They call the city: "Capital of trout fishing in Argentina". If you cross the Andes straight from San Junin you can also go to Pucon or Villarica area for good fishing on the Chile area. Otherwise, if you want to stay in Argentina, head for Bariloche before getting down to Patagonia.
