For Iquazu, yes!
it was combined with other areas I travelled, but would have take it also if this would have been the only place. There is a risk and cases have been reported. You don't want to get that and safe a few bucks.
On top of that, it's valid for like 10-15 years at least if I am correct and you never know if you change plans and go venture further north or so.

I got the jab; like Michael says, there are cases in that area so it's better to be safe. I seem to remember that in theory you could be asked for your yellow fever cert when crossing between Brazil and Argentina, so might be worth checking that too.

For Iquazu definitely! You may also want to take malaria tablets with you just in case
