BELIZE HELP!!!!

Hi!!!!!
i am planning a solo trip to belize, mostly to do scubba diving. i don't drive so is it easy to move around. what places do you recoment to dive and stay?
thanks a lot, any other tips will be welcome

Buses roll everywhere, don't sweat it! - wicked easy to get around & pretty cheap to!

Get up to Ambergris Caye or Caye Culker for some Blue hole diving ... not to mention the many other reefs in the area, you are amidst the 2nd largest reef in the world after all!

I'll also add a visit to Placencia is well worth it, they say its the Caye you can drive to ... awesome place to kick back, do some snorkeling , chill on a hammock or hit up a fishing trip - you cant fail!

You'll have a blast - enjoy the ride! :D

Thanks Makka for the information. i already got me ticket to belize!!!!
thanks Cesar

Hey!
I'm headed to Belize at the beginning of May! I'm off to Caye Caulker for 2 days and then into San Ignacio for the rest of it! Let me know how you like it!!

Ahh Belize! I took a 10 day vacation there last month and I loved every minute of it. My GF and I just got our certifications in Caye Caulker. We did 4 dives in two days and the farthest boat ride was only about 35 minutes. Visibility is great and saw lots of fish/sea life. I would visit Caye Caulker over Ambergris Caye as it is very laid back and there are some good restaurants without breaking the bank. A trip to the split is a must.

After spending 5 days on Caye Caulker, we then headed in to a lodge in the Cayo that was great as well. Saw ATM, Tikal, and went zip-lining and river tubing.
