You probably won't get an all inclusive for that price. My suggestion would be to just turn up and a ask a local taxi driver to take you to a 1* hotel.
Check in, pay a very small amount of cash just for one night - and then the next day check out what else is around the area if that hotel isn't to your liking.
If you want cheap, then steer clear of the very touristy areas like Bodrum or Marmaris.
Yalova, up in the North West, is a very nice town with lovely beaches and it's cheap. It's right on the E80 international road too, so you can get a two day (one night) excursion up to Nessebar in Bulgaria. Nessebar is a very old town, also with beautiful beaches and it's extremely cheap for a night out.

Marmaris or Bodrum is exactly what you're looking for.
Maybe you should check for some promotions at the travel agencies? That will be the end of the season so the agencies will sell their packages and most likely you will have the better conditions than in seaching of the accomodation by yourself.
In that region of Turkey you will also have possibility to go to Rhodes for a couple of days.

Hi,

First of all you should decide the level of luxury you want. If you want to eat in fancy restaurant it is expensive and in that case all inclusive will be cheaper. However if you are Ok with regular places, food in Turkey is not as expensive as in cities like Amsterdam or Berlin. Still you should consider both all inclusive hotels and the others. Because sometimes you can get really good deals from good all inclusive hotels, so I would search for alternatives.

You can check the hotels in Side-Antalya. According to me, this village has the most beautiful beaches in Antalya. You can ask for the prices of Kaya side Hotel. This is a five star-all inclusive hotel and they have really big and nice rooms in their new buildins ( so if you decide this plase ask for a room in the new building). As a Turkish I cannot say that their food is perfect but they are ok. I should also say that generally tourists from abroad like the food in this hotel.

Anpother alternative can be Dalyan. You can find small but very nice and also not expensive places called "pansiyon" here such as "Kano Otel-Dalyan". As far as I know you can do boat trips, jeep safari, paragliding, diving and lots of other activities and additionally you can have the chance to eat blue crab in Dalyan.

However I have no idea about the nightlife in both Side and Dalyan.

You should decide immediately so you can get a nice place. Some hotels are already full for August and September.

so I hope this post will be helpful.

Yeah Turkey's awesome. It's cheap to eat out... 1 work for you - Lahmacun. Turkish pizza is around 1 gbp when everything else on the menu is 5 times as expensive.
