Paris- What to see 4 days, cheap and convenient accomodation

Hi guys,
I m going to Paris 10-13 June. As it is the first time there could you please tell me:
1. In which area should I stay, as I dont want to be far from the monuments?
2. Any hotel or hostel (PLEEEEASE B CLEAN! ) reccomended?
3. What should I definitely see?
4. Any tips with bus/metro tickets of museum tickets?

Hi! Thank you soooo much for your reply
I ve checked these beautiful hotels you proposed me but for 10-13 June are already booked!! Unfortunately because the rates and location was also good...
I think I am going to search for a new one..

MANY THANKS AGAIN!
Have a nice day

I stayed at and I'd recommend it - it's clean, friendly, good value and is in a convenient location near a Metro station.

Hi Olga,

We recently had an article on our blog looking at things to do in Paris, take a look:

There is lots of cool shopping and spa style in Paris to be found. Some of the most famous sightseeing places and lots of art, old quarters and trendy stuff to lose yourself in. The café society by day and night and all sorts of world-class restaurants to choose from.

hi olga,

i wants to give you some information about transportation.

Paris Visite is the Official Paris metro travel card pass enabling you to use all the public transport services (no photo needed) for FREE. It is the best way to get around Paris and its region.

i hope you will enjoy it much!
have a nice trip!!!

Hi olgaathens

1. In which area should I stay, as I dont want to be far from the monuments?

I suggest you to stay near the champs elysees (8th, 7th, 17th...). It's closed to the highlights.

2. Any hotel or hostel (PLEEEEASE B CLEAN! ) recomended?

I suggest you to stay at the -snip- in the 17th district. This hotel is closed to the Champs Elysees. I stayed there yet.
About the decoration, it's natural and bio (wood, slate, leather...). It's not an expensive hotel. staff is very pleasant. -snip-

3. What should I definitely see?

Famous monuments (eiffel tower, arc de triomphe, invalides, sacré coeur, opéra garnier, louvre museum, orsay museum...)

4. Any tips with bus/metro tickets of museum tickets?

I suggest you to take a pass metro ticket.
