Hi I've sent you a message on the thread i was writing on - the one about travelling to Goa but have just found this message of yours that has a little bit more info about yourself so thought i'd give you a bit more info about me!
I'm 25, female and a paediatric speech and language therapist. I'm originally from yorkshire, spent 3 years working in essex then went travelling for 6 months. At the mo I'm working as a temp at a special school in Surrey.
As soon as I got back from my 6 month trip I decided I wanted to go away again and India sounds amazing! unfortunalty none of my friends are able to come with me and i don't feel happy going to india alone - I travelled Oz, New Zealand and Fiji alone but India's a bit different I think!

I'm a 29yr old from Singapore, currently undergoing my training as a teacher and in the midst of making plans for the upcoming 2weeks semester break.
I visited India in March for about a week and had an absolutely amazing time. I met up with a friend there who was doing an exchange programme in Delhi. We went to Agra, Jaisalmer (absolutely divine place!) and Jodhpur, and of course I travelled a little bit around Delhi alone as my friend had classes.
I am keen on a repeat visit to India, this time perhaps visiting Goa and Mumbai. If you ladies are planning to go there anytime between 23rd Dec and 7th Jan, do count me in.

Hi all, i will be arriving in delhi on the 2nd of january, sorry this is last minute. Last year i went to goa for a short holiday but i will be spending three months in india this time. i am 19 yr old male from nottingham, england. i will be meeting up with some family in delhi for the first time as i am part indian myself. From delhi i plan on going to rajasthan (the desert) making my way down to goa and i am flying from goa to thailand on 1st of april. meeting other travellers in india is very easy and i suggest to you H that you should fly to goa first, that will be where you meet fellow travellers, and make your way into the real india from there!!

im travelling to goa 5 th jan for a holiday (2 weeks )with girlfriend / family and meeting other friends out their . will be good fun and we all like to chill & party
have been their before and the india people are very nice and very helpful
everything is cheap and weather is fantastic.
If any people are travelling alone want to meet up we are all staying in the highland beach resort......................im looking forward to sun , beach

28 f canadian, living in hong kong, spent a year in oz last year. am working in the professional services (finance related)
am gonna be in goa feb 8-15 (will be at a wedding for 3 days) but otherwise am up for some spontaneous trips.. any recommendation?
am very keen to join up with more people as am not 100% comfortable travelling on my own?
