I would like to travel from Liverpool to Dublin by ferry in a motorhome with just me and my girlfriend. I have a full licence and drive pcv vehicles single and double deck and my licence is clean, so therefore do i need to add anything to my licence to travel around southern Ireland? can i pull over anywhere on a legal layby and stay overnight or have i got to park up on a proper site? what insurance will i need and will i have to change our own fully comp car insurance?
