Honestly, I have to wonder how you managed to get on the Internet and post this question on this forum yet still wonder if anyone has done this.
Super long distance driving is very common. There are loads people doing this and there is a HUGE international community sharing information. It is NOT an exotic or unknown undertaking.
Google is your friend. Start using it now.

There are 2 Brits riding BMW bikes . I met Lisa & Simon in Vegas years ago while they were riding across North America. You might start reading their blog for tips/problems in various countries. Contact them if you have questions. Mike
I know Lisa & Simon and I would say do NOT contact them. Do somebasic research first - the Internet is FULL of long distance vehicular travelers - then after you've educated yourself consider asking the pros some well thought-out questions.
