If I understand your post correctly, you
- came to Poland on a tourist visa in 2003
- overstayed this visa by about five years
- worked illegally
and are now asking if this is somehow stored in the Polish system and might work against you now that you want to apply for another tourist visa.
Do I have this right? If so, the simple answer is nobody here will know. If you didn't run into any trouble when leaving Poland, it's posible that nobody noticed your overstay, but there's no guarantee. You'll have to apply for the visa and only then will you know.
There's also no saying you were in poland for the entire time, you could have traveled europe and ended up back in poland five years later how would they know?
They would know because OP is from India, and as an Indian citizen needs to get a visa. If s/he had "ended up in Poland five years later", s/he could only have done this after applying for a Schengen visa, which would be in the passport.
