Hey, currently in Melbourne & will be here for the next few months. Came over alone but since I've set myself up with a job here now & in need of making some money back having spent it all enjoying myself around the country, I'm a bit stuck here not knowing many people so if anyone is around this way let me know. Hey, I found it a lot harder meeting people in Melbourne as I wasn't staying in a hostel. Moving up to the Gold Coast to work for my accommodation for the next couple of months cause the job I was in the place is now overstaffed and they cut my hours right back. Bit rubbish.
Where are you at the moment? Got a lot planned for travelling at the moment? I'm going home in Oct so just looking to make the most of the time I've got left now & hoping being back in hostels I'll meet loads more people again. How long are you here for?
Hey, im a 24 year old girl from n. ireland. Im not living in a hostel either but am finding it really hard to meet people, infact i am tempted to move into a hostel just to meet new people even though it will be more expensive than my house. Im thinking of travelling up the east coast. have u done that? i love the city but am pretty homesick cus i dont know anyone really.
