Yes, actually you can take a train from Uyuni to Oruro, maybe spend a day or a night there, and then from Oruro take a bus to Iquique. Although I would not recommend this, as is a loooooong trip! The bus from Oruro to Iqq takes about 10 hrs, no bathroom, no TV, etc...
