I am currently in Brisbane and i am going to start looking for work. I have plenty of experience working behind bars but over here you need a responsible serving of alcohol license. There are plenty of courses but is there one that covers every state because the QLD state version doesnt cover NSW so if i move south for work it will become invalid. Any suggestions?
There is no RSA that is valid for every state because the course requirements are different. In NSW you have to attend a class where as other states let you get your RSA online. If you get a Queensland RSA and then move somewhere where it is not vaild the best thing to do is tell your employer that you have one valid in QLD and they may be ok with that. Some people are more relaxed about it than others.
