I have travelled from Bangkok to phnom Penh via Siem Reap several times.
Yes, that service is still there. There are about 5 buses a day. Not sure about the timetables. Buses are also leaving from the Ekkamai Bus terminal.
You can also take a taxi to the border for around 1600 baht. I have the phone number of a taxi driver, if interested you can contact me.
