Convert Schengen visa to residence permit for study purpose

I am from Egypt and want to get my master degree from Germany. but not yet admitted
Schengen visa process time take much less time than National Visa.

If you want to study in Germany, you need to apply for a student visa. Contact the consulate/embassy to find out which documents you need. You have to be accepted by a university, which means your former courses, credit points, diploma have been accepted. You need to prove you have sufficient financial means, about 600 Euro per month in a locked account.
If the Master's course you plan to take is held in German, you need to speak German at least on C1 level.
Even if it's held in English, you'll still need some German.

Good luck.

Thanks for your help, I am already applying for Schengen visa will getting it ease the way to obtain the national student visa when I return home, Or can I speed the process while I am in Germany in order to get it more faster when I apply for it at homeland.

A student visa has nothing to do at all with a tourist Schengen visa. Have you applied to a university yet? Have you been accepted yet? That's the first step you have to take.

A Schengen visa for tourists is for a short stay as a tourist. You can use it to look at universities and courses, but not to study.
Which university do you have in mind?
