All I am going to offer is - I believe no - and you are presuming that there will be no flight delay.
It will be very tight and depends how efficient Madrid airport is. If it's anything like Heathrow I'd say definitely not, and like Wombatt says, if there is any flight delay you would miss the flight anyway.
Are you sure you need to collect your luggage and clear immigration in Madrid? As it's the same airline I would think Iberia should be able to check the luggage straight through to Seville for you, and as it's a domestic transfer you may be able to clear immigration and customs in Seville.

If you book this as one journey (book Manchester to Seville, rather than making two separate bookings) your luggage definitely should just be checked through, and you don't need to check in separately for the second flight. So you can just stay in the terminal - you'll only need to go all the way up to passport control and straight back down again from there. (It's quite possible your arrival gate won't be what you expect, and you'll need to take the funny little train to get to the right terminal. Just follow the signs (and crowd of people) and you'll be fine. It's all very well signposted.)
Now, we're talking Iberia, which I haven't yet flown without delays, but even so, 1 hour and 50 minutes should be plenty. Mostly at Madrid they don't even tell you which gate your flight will be leaving from (only which section) until ~1 hour before it leaves. It's a good idea to make your way there already, as the terminal hall is huge (and lovely; feels very airy with the huge roof), and it can easily take you 15 minutes from the food court area till the end of the terminal, but overall there really shouldn't be any problem.

Thanks for the comments, I did ring Iberia and they said that my luggage would be transfered, as it will be my first ever solo flight at 17 I think I may be being a bit too nervous, can any one answer how long it takes to actually get from 4S - 4? But I'm guessing I won't be the only person connecting,
Bex76, could there be a chance of me not having to clear immigration, maybe something I could enquire about?
Sander, could you answer what set up at Madrid airport is, in terms of gates, is it like sections then sub sections for boarding gates?

I checked (with ), and terminals 4S and 4 are indeed the ones where you have to take the little train between.
Count on ~45 minutes for the entire process, though if the queues at passport control are on the short side, you could do it in 20-30 minutes: Leave your plane, follow the signs to passport control (taking a series of long escalators up (or an elevator, but I personally tend to leave those for people who're less mobile)), then after passport control go all the way down. Every 2-3 minutes a train arrives, fills up, and 3-4 minutes later it deposits you in the middle of the other terminal. Take an escalator or two back up and you're on the main terminal level. At this point you probably don't know anything more than that your gate will be "HJK", with "H" being at the bottom on the linked map, while J is in the middle and K is on the left. Look up one of the many flight information signs which are scattered about everywhere, and see if you have a specific departure gate yet (which will be something like K78 or H15). It'll take you 5-15 minutes to walk there.
Overall, you have ~45 minutes more than you need, so don't worry about things, and take your time to check signs and feel confident that you're going where you need to be going. Madrid is a huge airport, but really signposted very well; a great place for the first transfer on your own. (And don't panic if your flight is delayed either. Iberia has near hourly flights to Sevilla, so even if you miss your flight, they'll just put you on the next one.)
