Hi All,
Hi,
When I was younger I stayed at the Pathumwan Princess in Bangkok, amazing hotel (think it could be a pricey place though...?)
I'm looking for accomodation in Koh Samui for New Years at the moment, do not know where to start!
I spend xmas in Bangkok and am out shopping there because it's just another day. An unrepresentative christian minority do not tell you what to do there, unlike in the UK.
Thailand does not officially celebrate the western New Year though there are fireworks and noise and taxi prices go right up.
There is often a celebration in Bangkok with pop stars singing, etc outside the Central World between Chit Lom and Siam Skytrain stations.
