Need your help planning a perfect vacation.
Hi fykodha,
As you're possibly prefer to travel / live alone and just don't like to pay comparatively more as a single you're of course perfectly entitled to some suggestion concerning your next holiday
Summertime in Asia is mosoon season, so no sunshine guaranty
Summertime in the Caribbean is hurrican season, see above
Summertime in Micronesia - you get my drift
I wouldn't want to fly too far just for a week, takes too much time off your holidays
Booking a package deal is nearly at all times cheaper than booking everything individually when aiming for a short time high quality holiday
Maybe you could book a trip to Maui or similar on short notice when the forecast looks promising
Or have you ever had a look at southamerican beaches? Brasil for example? Not too many islands, but nice beaches, beautiful people, excellent food

Noted. Vacation package seems like a safer approach. It is not too often we travel to Tahiti.
Bali is one destination I want to visit. Bali gets media attention especially when referring to travel destinations in south-east Asia. Why? I picture Bali as a beautiful island with Asian women similar to Thailand. Is that accurate? Tahiti islands are unparalleled, but Bali has the Asian women.
Destinations in South America are definitely worth considering and they get great reviews too. My concern for those destinations is the people. They attract young people, who in turn, go to parties and make the landscape uncomfortable. South American woman is a worthy solace.
My concern is activities while on the Tahiti islands as I am traveling, essentially, alone. Are the beautiful secluded Tahiti islands and ocean activities worth so much money? I think so especial if the Tahiti islands are as beautiful as seen in photos.
Neither people nor parties really interests me, so the idea of sharing time on the dream islands with many couples is exciting to me. I hope the Tahiti islands are as beautiful and fun as I have imagined to justify returning on a cruise vacation in several years.
Vacation package to Fiji islands is considerably less expensive than Tahiti. Some reviews mention about Bora Bora being crowded now. French is the primary language of Tahiti, while English is of Fiji. Have you been to Fiji?
Well, I'm biased, but if I had to pick an island it would be Easter Island. It's got all the things you want minus the throngs of tourists. It's just an oasis really. It was one of the absolute highlights of my travels thus far. iI had to keep pinching myself while I was there, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was.
Both its biggest attraction and biggest drawback is its remote location, but if that doesn;t bother you then go for it.
You wont find any resorts but that's a plus in my book. It's expensive, but then I hear Tahiti is moreso.
You can climb volcanos, go caving, scuba diving, horseriding, trekking...all sorts. The people are so open and welcoming.
It's just such a weird cool little place. I love it.
come to manitoulin island in canada!!
biggest freshwater lake in the world...
(proud to call it my homebase)
...although personally, i would choose some exotic, hot, tropical island over manitoulin any day!

Lauren,
Manitoulin Island is the largest island in a freshwater lake, not the freshwater largest lake in the world. Lake Superior has the largest surface area and Lake Baikal is the largest freshwater lake by volume. FYI.
I am considering the unparalleled beauty of Bora Bora and vacation cost. I just cannot justify spending $5000 for a vacation to Bora Bora/Moorea to sit around watching couples. Any island alternative whose beauty is almost comparable, but much cheaper and is financially justifiable.
