I'm planning on going to Iceland as I would love to witness the Aurora Borealis with my own eyes and also to photograph its beauty. It is still on the planning stage though. Any advice on how do I get there or what should I do in advance, etcetera?
Well of course you have to prepare your clothes and your camera. if you plan to stay in the country for quite a while, then I suggest that you bring your tent in case you like to camp out to witness it or bring money to get into a hotel. I'd say that the best way to get into the country is by jumping on a cruise ship and then stay at the port. some of the cruise ships allows it if you inform them first hand. it will give you a chance to cruise around the country first before settling in for the shots..
Thanks for the tips. But I'd need to figure out the route because I will be going from Malaysia since I'm living there. I just need to do a detailed plan before committing into anything.
