update - probably looking to go at the start of July now, still for two weeks, due to the longer length of days.
Iceland is one of the very beautiful places in the world. Never miss to visit this country.
Since July and Aug are the tourist period, better to reserve in advance for your accommodation in a hotel/hostel.
Also add "whale watching" in your list. There are tours in Reykjavik that guarantee whale watching!! All the sightseeing that you mentioned are breadth taking.
