Is it possible to have the time showing in my time? Knowing you posted at (for example) 3.07 and seeing the time on the forum as 10.06 is confusing and rather annoying. So, how do I alter the time to show AEST please?

No, this isn't currently possible. This confusion is why the main thread display shows things like "2 Hours, 30 Minutes Ago" rather than exact times, though that hasn't quite been applied consistently (e.g. you still see the server time (west coast USA) in the thread review listing on the post reply screen, and in the "Started on" header).
I know this time display has been a minor annoyance for a long time, which is brought up once or twice a year. It'd just require a bit too much effort to fix in a thorough manner for that to be really worth it, given all the other things that are on the wishlist.
