Hey everyone not too long ago i was arrested for assualt ( fight with my brother) it went to court but was thrown out straight away because my brother didnt want to press charges, it was the police charging me, anyways i ended up thankfully with NO criminal convictions, do i have to declare the arrest on my visa and at the airport? do they ask about arrests or just if i have been convicted? the charges were dropped naturally any advice would be greatly appreciated, cheers guys!
