Rucksack or duffle bag?
2 months east coast of Oz - spaceship or coach ticket?
How much money for 6 months inc Oz, NZ, Asia?
Credit card or pre-payment card?
What travel insurance to cover skydiving, rafting and everything in between?
Pills and meds - hand luggage or check in?

Hi, to answer a few of your questions:
I would carry a round zipped rucksack as it is easier to open up and access your things.

In terms of deciding budgets, this site might help: -snip-. People submit info on their costs, and then it gives you the average costs of living etc. for different cities.

Also, prepaid currency cards are a much better bet than credit or debit cards, especially now Nationwide doesn’t offer free purchases abroad. The GBP cards are the best option for travelling, and I use my Travel Cash as they only charge 1.5% foreign exchange fee when you make a purchase with their GBP card (much cheaper than most credit cards). However, I used -snip- to check out the different travel money options to find the best deals.

Hopefully these answer few of your answers.
Radhika
