My family is flying into Miami airport and would like to take the Tri-Rail train from the airport to Fort Lauderdale. Does anyone know how we do this? Do we have to take a bus from the terminal in Miami (what bus)? Where in Fort Lauderdale does it stop (at the airport)? Thanks, Jill

I have done this several times. It is not the easiest airport to rail service in the world. But it's pretty good - for the USA
You can get a bus from the terminal to the rail station. The signs are not the best as I recall. If you happen to see an elderly person wearing a red cowboy hat, you should ask them. They are there to assist travellers. Or just look for the information booth.
