Hi
One of the problems in answering the question is the use of the acronym ABH. Different countries, even when English-speaking, have different names for similar offenses. I am guessing ABH is short for assault and battery with (possible intent to do) bodily harm.
It also depends on your home country and if they share such databases with the US. Basically, more information is needed, though, many will say to stay silent about it. The question will be better answered once you have been to court and received a verdict. Depending on the offense/verdict - you could be sitting in a cell in August making the whole discussion moot. But, that is just my personal speculation since the scenario has not played out in full at this time.
You don't say where you are from, but the USA and Canada share just about all information, especially criminal activity, Great Britian may also share much information with the USA. Be very careful about what you declare on your entry information for the USA, if you are caught in a lie you will most likely be forbidden to enter the USA for many years. If you are convicted of your crime, the best place to obtain information would be the US embassey in your country if you are convicted you can probably forget about entry. Unfortunately the Customs and Immigration officer when or if you arrive in the USA will have the last word. Good luck to you.
