Hi, i'm thinking on heading to thailand between june and august and i was just wondering will i need a traveller visa for my stay there?
I'm not planning to work there but i'm just staying there for 2 months travelling around.
You will only get 30 days visa upon arrival at the airport. To say more than that, you need to get a visa or else you need to do visa run for 2 times. You will only get 15 days visa if you enter by land.

Thailand is offering free 60 day tourist visas until March 4th 2010. You have to use the visa within 3 months. You can buy a 60 day tourist visa from the Thai Embassy before you travel. This will allow you to stay the entire 60 days w/o leaving Thailand. That makes more sense than leaving the country twice during your stay. Good luck with your planning.

Im just after realising the dates i plan on going to Thailand is in the monsoon season(rainy season)!
Im just wondering does anybody know like how many days on average it rain's between June-August?

If you look at monthly averages, June-August has roughly 15 days of rain per month.
