I'm a total novice to this! I'm a 27 year old adventurous girl from Essex, and have made the decision to go travelling round the world from mid January 2011. I've never been travelling before, and I haven't been able to find anyone to go with as all my friends have other commitments, so I will be travelling alone.
The route I'm planning on is India - Singapore - OZ - NZ - Fiji - Hawaii - LA and then home. It'd be great to find someone to travel with, or just to meet up with for a little while whilst out there. Also, if any of you more experienced travelleres have any advice for me, that's be awesome, as I'm a total beginner!!!

I am also planing the same type of Tour on sharing expenditure basis.
I travelled to Fiji, Tonga and Western Samoa in the pacific, and I would say Fiji is not as good as the other 2. If i were you I would try to go to Western Samoa instead and the island of Savaii, it is paradise on earth, cheaper and less touristy then Fiji. If you fancy it that way otherwise in SE Asia Philippines is also amazingly beautiful, one of my favourites.
