Anyone know of a vacation spot that has the quaintness of Ocracoke, NC or party atmosphere of Key West? Needs to be a beach or island area.
Miami's South Beach.

Waikiki Beach, Hawaii (year-round)
New Orleans, Louisiana (Bourbon Street--pretty much anytime that the weather isn't bad)
Parker, Arizona (weekends in summer)
Ozarks in Missouri (weekends in summer)

Friday Harbor, WA
Havre de Grace, MD
