If you are travelling in Europe (Spain) and concider using the website www.hosteltouristworld.com, DON'T! I used it for making a booking and they ended up charging me 22 euros extra. There are no contact-dates on their website, but after long time surfing and calling and searching, I finally found a phone number that worked.
